Chris has been involved in the real estate industry since the age of 22. His father was a local land developer responsible for many developments in the Tri-City area. Chris started as a labourer and later was in charge of finance and budgeting for the family business.

Realizing his calling was in the real estate business and that his talents would be best used educating people about the buying and selling processes, he is now dedicating his time to make sure his clients make the best decisions when making real estate transactions.

Chris has been married for 20 years to his wife Therese and has three beautiful daughters Samantha, Shelby and Courtney, all who have experienced the best of the Tri-City schools and extra curricular programs the area has to offer. He has taken a special interest in local soccer where he has coached, managed, and served as a director with one of the most recognizable clubs in Canada.

Now that I am 46 years of age, and have extensive experience in business and the community, I feel confident that I am more than qualified to help you make the best decision when it comes to buying or selling real estate. Originally from Edmonton, I moved to British Columbia in 1987 after my football career in the CFL had ended.  Moving to the West Coast and through encouragement from my network of land developers and investors, it was natural for me to pursue a new profession in real estate. Working in the Tri City area for the last 17 years, I have gained a great reputation and trust through my valued clientele. My philosophy has always been to satisfy their needs and ensure that their goals are met. As an experienced professional with a proven track record, I look forward to the opportunity to assure that your needs are met as well.  My specialty is residential, commercial real estate and project marketing.

I have been fortunate enough to have lived in the tri city area since 1986 and have seen the area grow from small suburbs to thriving cities and communities. The lifestyle we are able to experience here is immeasurable, especially if you like the outdoors. My family has made their way through schools, been involved in countless sports activities and met some of the many wonderful people that make this area second to none.

My experience as your agent comprises of several aspects of real estate from a personal, revenue property and investment perspective.  Experience in the building and renovation of these properties, I have acquired an excellent pool of resources of value orientated local trades. I owned and managed a business that developed, furnished and designed hotel properties in BC, Alberta and Alaska satisfying my client’s needs from start to finish and following through with my promises. I never had to advertise and relied solely on referrals with a business enduring over 20 years of success. I then attained my Supply Chain Management accreditation and gained experience from the buyer’s side of the business process. Here I mastered the art of negotiation and the importance of managing my vendors to assign and deliver on designated targets, while instilling the overall significance of integrity and trust.
