There are “Listers” and then there are “Sellers”
It has been my general observation that, within the Realtor profession, there are “Listers” and then there are “Sellers”. I would like to state that Glen Bohnet is, without a doubt, a “Seller”. My listing at the time was a modest one and Glen had the challenge of moving my apartment at a time when the market was declining and competitive inventory was high. Glen was there for every showing as well as every Open House. He put the time in and never gave up. I would not hesitate to use Glen Bohnet again.
